Gloryn Custom provides specialized automotive aesthetic services, including ambient lighting, starlight headliners, shooting stars, custom logos, window tint, vehicle wraps and detailing.
Descriptions, images and examples of our work on this website are for illustration. Actual results can vary depending on your vehicle, its condition, the options you choose and other factors. We'll confirm the specifics of your installation with you before we begin.
Submitting our booking form sends us a request — it isn't a confirmed appointment. Your booking is only confirmed once we've contacted you to agree on the service, price, time and location.
We do our best to accommodate your preferred date and location (Ottawa or Montréal), but availability isn't guaranteed until confirmed. Please arrive on time and ensure your vehicle is available for the full appointment.
Prices are quoted based on the service, your vehicle and the options you select. We'll provide a quote before your appointment. Prices may change, and a quote is valid only for the service and vehicle it was issued for.
We stand behind our work with a 2-year warranty on eligible installations, covering defects in the materials and workmanship we provide.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your details and we'll arrange an inspection. Warranty coverage is limited to repairing or redoing the affected work at our discretion.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your slot to someone else. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary — for example, due to staffing, supply or unforeseen circumstances — and we'll work with you to find a new time. Any deposit terms will be explained to you when your booking is confirmed.
We take great care with every vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gloryn Custom is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for pre-existing conditions, faults or wear in your vehicle that are affected by or discovered during our work.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
All content on this website — including text, photos of our work, graphics, logos and design — belongs to Gloryn Custom or is used with permission, and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written consent.
We may photograph or record completed installations for our portfolio, website and social media. If you'd prefer we don't feature your vehicle, just let us know.
Our website may link to third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Google. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Using them is subject to their own terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the courts located in Ontario, Canada, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your own province, including Québec.
